Dr Andy Palmer, Paul Willcox, Simon Sproule and Steve Fowler are recognised leaders in their respective fields and each has a track record that is second-to-none. Their collective role is to ensure a proposed bank fits with each client at the granular level, that it is robust and resilient, that funding is always present and that medium and long-term plans can be made with confidence.
Michael Yeates is one of the UK’s most successful independent banking consultants and Board Advisors. He has reviewed and transformed large banks, managed the implementation of two large bank mergers, planned and launched new divisions and helped get new banks off the ground. He has cross-industry and international experience. A Risk specialist, he has been on the Risk committee of an international corporate investment Bank and has Chaired the Risk committee of a Plc. Michael has also been involved in Policy Development for HM Government.
